8 December 2011  Members of the Dept.of Health, Council officials, and the Woodhurst Clinic Committee at the handing over meeting with the Contractors. MF Caucus Chair and Ward 70 Councillor Ismail Cassimjee welcomed the upgrade and stated that this is a boost and inspiration for the Clinic sisters and staff that have been dedicated in their service delivery to the community regardless of the inadequate previous facilities.
