The MEC for Sports & Recreation, Mr A Rajbansi was a special guest at the well attended Mountview senior and junior citizens Sports Day at the Mounthaven Primary School held last Saturday. Mr Rajbansi was the Guest of Honour and the Department of Sport & Recreation donated the T-shirts for the event.

Mr Rajbansi stressed the importance of junior and senior citizens being physically active and gave advice to the elderly about exercise, taking part in sport & recreational activity, healthy lifestyles and nutrition. .
